What does "Glass-Like" and "Floating" mean?

A :  Instead of glass we use acrylic panels which look exactly the same as glass but are less weighty.  "Floating" applies to the way they are mounted to the wall.  Your picture, image or print will appear as if it is floating within a pane of glass.  The effect is stunning and will WOW all your friends.

How does it work?

A :  After you send us your print, we get right to work.  Firstly we process your print which can be your choice of colour or black and white.  We then prepare a 6mm thick panel of acrylic and join this to your image, finishing it off with an aluminium bracket.

How do I hang my glass-like finished print?

A :  Your finished print is cleverly designed to ensure you don't see any hanging mechanisms whatsoever.  There are no pins or screws going through your print - just one clean surface.  The back of your print is finished with an aluminium bracket.  This bracket connects in a u-shape with another single bracket with two holes that screws into your wall.  No mountings are visible and only two screw holes in your walls.

We offer a hanging service to the Sydney metropolitan area for an additional fee.

How do I get my images to you?

A :  There are a number of ways.  You can email them, send them on a USB or CD.  If you are unsure, simply call us on (02) 9527 9990 and our team will guide you through.

What about the size - how big can I get my print?

A :  Pretty much the size of the print depends on the resolution quality when the image was taken.  Don't worry, our team will guide you if they see any problems with the size you've chosen and the output quality.  We want to ensure only brilliant results.

How long does it take to get my finished piece(s)?

A : Usually we allow two - two and a half weeks for full production.  Delivery takes approximately two days but sometimes longer in remote areas.

What are the accepted payment methods?

A : We accept Visa, MasterCard and direct deposit.

What are the costs for delivery?

A :  All our prices include the Australia Goods & Services Tax (GST).  Shipping is arranged via Courier and we gladly ship Australia wide.
